Training is an essential component of new volunteers learning about our organisation’s values and principles. During your volunteer work, you will receive practical training. The amount and type of training will vary by position. All individuals working with vulnerable individuals are required to participate in safeguarding training.

We reimburse volunteering expenses, including travel and meals, to a specified limit.

We hold regular Zoom calls where prospective practitioners can sign up without obligation. These calls allow you to ask questions and determine if MCM is right for you. Individuals who complete the application form are invited to attend these sessions before they decide to becoming MCM practitioners.
